Ingredients

The steak is delicious on a salad, either hot or cold.

Instructions

  1. Pierce steak with fork and sprinkle with Meat Tenderizer, flip over and repeat.
  2. Combine rest of items into a marinade. Marinate the meat for at least 4-5 hours. We like to freeze them together which really draws the marinade into the meat.
  3. Grill about 6 inches above flame until desired doneness. NOTE There is oil in the marinade, which can cause flare-ups.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes and then cut against the grain.
